Oswaldo funded the ROTARY CLUB in Playa; He has been Secretary,Vice- President and member of the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE; Treasurer, Secretary, Vice President, President of the HOTEL ASSOCIATION; Co-founded, Secretary of AMPI (a national association of realtors) and still an active member providing a standard of ethical practices among Playa brokers and protect the interest of private investment.
